Privacy & GDPR

Last updated: May 2026

1. Who we are

Archive Sales is operated by Slash.ten ("we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data processed through this app. For any privacy questions, contact us at privacy@slashten.se.

2. What data we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone, city.
  • Profile content: avatar, bio you choose to provide.
  • Event activity: RSVPs, check-ins, announcements you read.
  • Technical data: device, browser, and basic usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.

3. Why we process it (legal basis)

  • Contract — to provide your account, RSVPs, and door check-in.
  • Legitimate interest — to keep the service secure and improve it.
  • Consent — for optional communications you opt in to.
  • Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service (hosting, authentication, email, analytics). We do not sell your personal data. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period after deletion to meet legal and accounting requirements. Event logs are retained for a reasonable period for security and reporting.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Sweden: Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@slashten.se.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect.
